Join us to hear our panel of experts who all have first-hand experience in building or converting and operating facilities in the three most favoured Alternative sectors.

 

About speakers

Claire Chan joined PAG in 2014 and is responsible for acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management. Her investment experience includes all asset class including office, retail and data centres. Prior to joining PAG, Claire was a principal at Apollo Global Real Estate (formerly known as Citi Property Investor), responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investments and asset management in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Asia, Claire worked in London with Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance, where she was involved in capital market transactions, advisory and direct property investments throughout Europe, and began her career as an analyst in the Real Estate Group at UBS Investment Bank in London. Claire received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 


Connie Kenny
is a highly accomplished educational leader with extensive experience globally. Connie has been both a leader and educator in leading international schools in Germany, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong and South Korea. Her areas of expertise include Educational Leadership, Teacher training, School Establishment, Early Childhood Education, English Language Acquisition, Curriculum Development, School establishment, Faculty Recruitment and School Admissions and Marketing.

Prior to her role as Director for Reach Education Organization, Connie was the Assistance Principal and Head of Campus to the prestigious German Swiss International School and she was also instrumental in establishing Discovery College for the ESF in 2007. As an IB Teacher Trainer and consultant she has designed and implemented training programs for teachers, parents and administrators throughout Asia Pacific and North America.

 

Simon Tyrrell is the CEO of RedBox Storage and Founder of E3 Capital Partners. Simon founded RedBox Storage in 2013, now one of the leading self-storage companies in Hong Kong providing high quality storage facilities, state of the art technology and bespoke one stop solutions for both corporate and residential customers. Simon is a driving force behind modern self-storage and spearheading change in the self-storage industry, especially in relation to fire and building safety.  

Simon is a qualified chartered surveyor and the founder of E3 Capital Partners, a company that specialises in specifically researched alternative investment strategies.
