The Committee reviews and comments on Government legislation and regulations; promotes the free market of Hong Kong and its standing as a regional and international business centre; represents the views of the Chamber on real estate issues and to provide a forum for Chamber members with regard to the real estate industry of Hong Kong.

The Committee provides information on real estate matters that affect the business of Chamber members in Hong Kong; and promotes social corporate responsibility and sustainability amongst Hong Kong's real estate community.

He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in the Asian region including valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy and structuring investments. He covers all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure.
