2025年第二十五届投洽会期间，英国首次以主宾国身份亮相，创下历次中国展会最高参与层级——英国驻华大使率300余人代表团参会，408平方米英国国家馆吸引超1.1万人次参观，达成超2亿英镑合作意向。
在此背景下，英国驻广州总领事馆、福建省商务厅与中国华南英国商会将在第二十六届投洽会期间，联合举办中国（福建）-英国基建与清洁能源对接交流活动。
活动将聚焦英国清洁能源（尤其是电池储能系统BESS）及基础设施领域的投资机遇，为中国企业与英国政府及行业领袖搭建直接对话平台。

At the 25th CIFIT in 2025, the UK served as the Country of Honour — its highest-ever level of participation in any Chinese exhibition. The British Ambassador to China led a delegation of over 300 participants, the 408sqm UK Pavilion attracted over 11,000 visitors, and UK-China companies reached cooperation intentions totalling over £200 million.
Building on this success, the British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Fujian Department of Commerce and BritCham South China will jointly host the UK–China Going Global Workshop at the China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) during the 26th CIFIT.
The event will focus on UK clean energy (with a particular focus on BESS) and infrastructure investment opportunities, providing a direct dialogue platform connecting Chinese enterprises with UK government and industry leaders.
