About the moderator

Shaman Chellaram is Senior Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers International. He advises hotel groups, PERE funds, developers, private investors and family offices on their Hong Kong and outbound real estate investment needs.  With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, he specialises in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors.  He is a member of the BritCham Real Estate Committee, as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce HK & International Chapter (CRECCHKI).

 

 

About the speakers

Gordon is a Regional Director in the Capital Markets team and member of the Cushman & Wakefield APAC Capital Markets Board. Gordon is based day to day in Hong Kong and has spent the last 13 years in the region executing roles across; Strategic advice, Investor relations, Capital raising and Brokerage. Gordon’s clients include pension and insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds (SWF's), limited partners (LP's), fund managers (GP's), REITs, developers, family offices and high net worth individuals.

 

 

Maggie began her real estate career in 1994 as a sales executive in residential project marketing in Australia. Prior to joining Knight Frank, she worked for CBRE Hong Kong and Colliers International Sydney & Hong Kong office. Maggie has a broad base of experience in residential covering sales, leasing, asset management and project marketing, with proven capability in formulating business strategies for residential department and execute large transactions for most senior staff of MNCs and high net worth individual.

 

 

 

 

Nick Bradstreet has over 33 years of experience and possesses a unique understanding of the retail market across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. During his time at Savills, he has been responsible for assisting some of the world’s biggest retail names to secure flagships in Hong Kong and the Region. Apart from his role as Head of Leasing, overseeing the retail, office and residential teams, he also acts as a key contact between the Savills Asia regional offices and the London headquarter.

 

 

Sam is a leader within JLL’s Tenant Representation team for Hong Kong providing long-term strategic advice to commercial office tenants. As a thought leader within the business, he is adept across multiple transactions including lease acquisition, rent review, lease renewal / restructures in addition to more creative leasing concept such as “flex & core”.

Sam aligns and actively cooperates with a full spectrum of services for occupiers such as design, construction, IT and legal and coordination with JLL’s Capital Markets, Corporate Solutions, Integrated Facilities Management, Project Development Services, Strategic Workplace and Valuation teams.

 

Samuel Lai is responsible for managing the Advisory & Transaction Services – Industrial & Logistics business in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in transacting industrial properties, as well as project marketing and industrial consultancy work.
