Startups: Key Legal Issues for Founders
While the number of new business registrations has been on the rise in Hong Kong, many Startups face significant challenges during their initial years, with a notable percentage ceasing operations within a short timeframe.
This event will provide an insightful overview of the crucial legal considerations that Founders should bear in mind when establishing and running their businesses. Delving into topics such as intellectual property protection, contract law essentials, corporate governance, and potential liability concerns, this session aims to equip Founders with a foundational understanding of key legal matters pivotal to their entrepreneurial journey. Through practical examples and clear guidance, attendees will gain valuable insights into safeguarding their ventures and navigating the legal landscape effectively.
Networking and light refreshments will be served after the presentation.
