Hong Kong Real Estate Market Pulse 2023 – Where are we headed?

Following the recent 2023-2024 Budget Address, and against a backdrop of rising interest rates and the global economic uncertainty on one hand, and the opening of mainland China on the other, how can investors, operators and end-users best navigate Hong Kong’s real estate market?  What are the current challenges and opportunities?

Join us for the morning briefing with leading experts from the advisory, investment and hotel sectors to discuss the state of the market and what it means to stakeholders across the various property sectors.
