While the world has focused on the management and containment of the Covid-19 pandemic, health systems continue to struggle with the rise of non-communicable diseases and rapidly ageing populations. In Asia, underdeveloped primary care systems are a particular challenge, as hospitals are often required to deliver avoidable, costly care to individuals - damaging sustainability in the long term. As primary care solutions within much of Asia are yet to emerge at a health system level, there is considerable need for solutions which help reduce the overreliance on acute care. Despite these complex challenges, we are, however, also uniquely poised to solve our problems, largely due to the rise and accessibility of innovative health technologies.

During this webinar, Thalia Georgiou will discuss how technology will change the nature of care and how our ability to manage complex health issues will change in the hospital of tomorrow, including:

  1. Building a 2030, no-bed hospital
  2. Technology on the horizon
  3. Virtual healthcare in Asia - Needs and solutions
  4. The ACG digital implementation method: what works?
  5. Enabling & Barriers to digital adoption
