Last year, Magnus Nerve got to experience this first hand as he made his way up the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. After months of preparation, Magnus set out for a journey that goes way beyond the summit climb.

About the speaker
Magnus has lived and worked in Asia for the past 20 years, and helped companies bridge the gap between different cultures, among others Ericsson, IKEA, Reebok, The Body Shop and Haglöfs. Growing up in the countryside in Sweden, he has been active in the outdoors since childhood and took up more advanced mountaineering around 15 years ago. He has been to three different 8000m mountains, most recently Mount Everest in 2018. When he is not working or climbing mountains, he enjoys the outdoor life with his wife and two daughters in Sai Kung.
