Today, companies are scrambling to move into new creative directions, or like Blockbuster, Nokia and Sears, face with being pushed out by smaller and nimbler organisations. The lesson: “Innovate or die.”
Schools must create lifelong learners to enable pivoting of skills to new roles over a lifetime of contributing in the future workplaces, where the most critical skills are entrepreneurship and initiative.
