Frictionless Experience, Fraud Mitigation & Fun: Three Fs of Virtual Banks

The successful introduction of virtual banks in Hong Kong’s has been one of the major milestones in driving further fintech innovation and revolutionising the digital banking experience. With the acceleration driven by the Covid-19 pandemic, more and more customers and businesses are moving into the virtual space and relying more heavily on contactless transactions. The adoption of virtual banks definitely creates opportunities and a broader range of choices for customers. However, it also creates opportunities for fraudsters who are constantly trying to take advantage of any technological loophole.

During this webinar, the speakers will share their valuable experience on virtual banking operations and also, most importantly, all the fun behind it.

Details on how to join will be sent via email by 5pm the day before the webinar.
