Lisa is responsible for ensuring that Manulife acquires the top-notch talent it needs to stay ahead as digital transforms the insurance industry landscape. She works in partnership with Manulife’s business and human resources leadership to attract, dynamic and high-performing talent. As Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Lisa is a respected thought leader in the areas of talent acquisition strategy, talent development, succession, and diversity and inclusion. Lisa and her team balance their global reach with their focus on maintaining local connections with prospective employees in all of Manulife’s markets.
Lisa has held a variety of senior positions since joining Manulife in 2003, most recently as Head of Talent Management and Interim Head of HR for Manulife Asia based in Hong Kong.
About the moderator
Kirti Lad is Executive Director of Meraki Executive Search & Consulting Limited. She has worked in Executive Search for over 20 years. Kirti is one of the pioneer’s behind the Women's Directorship Programme, a joint-venture with The University of Hong Kong, a corporate governance programme to help women prepare for board responsibilities. Kirti also leads the Meraki Network, an Executive Women's network in the region and is an active member of the Women in Business Committee at the British Chamber in Hong Kong. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, Kirti was named as one of the Global Top 50 Diversity Professionals in Industry by the Economist Magazine.
