How To Know Someone Better in 10 Minutes or Less

How To Know Someone Better in 10 Minutes or Less

Speaker:

Neil Orvay, Founder, Evolution-U Limited

Psychometric profiling techniques have been used for decades to assess the suitability of people for given job roles and careers. The most commonly used psychometric profiling technique is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which uses 4 preference categories to profile individual's perception and decision making mechanics.

The study of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) expands on the MBTI with a series of 'Complex Meta Programs' which, when applied correctly, give a detailed profile of how an individual will perform in given circumstances, what types of job or position an individual is most suited to, how they respond to stressful situations, and how long they are likely to stay with a given employer. These techniques are invaluable for employers, team managers and business owners in assessing how to get the best out of, and how to retain their employees.

In this seminar you will learn how to understand a person's behaviour tendencies better than they do and develop techniques required to profile people effectively and covertly.
