About the speakers
Adam Price is CEO of Select Property - a leading UK developer, operator and investment specialist, with global offices in Manchester, the GCC, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Since 2004, Select Property has sold over £2.74bn of property and paid £214m to global investors in rental revenue.
Adam started his career with Select in 2005 in the UK sales team, before moving to Dubai to expand into new markets, leading business growth and building relationships with Select Property’s international investor community.
He now oversees the firm’s global operation from its Manchester headquarters, driving the growth of the business throughout its key territories across the world and identifying key areas for development and change.
Annabelle specializing in UK property, her years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the property market has enabled her to advise clients ranging from homeowners to private investors. With her extension networks in tax advising, mortgage brokerage and letting services, she makes sure her clients are in good hands from day one.
