In the lead-up to International Scotch Whisky Day, Robert Keylock, Managing Director of Cask Master Asia, will speak on the current Scottish whisky market, the effects of COVID-19, and the increasing number of new distilleries in Scotland and around the world. Robert will also talk about the rising value of Scottish whisky and how investment in casks has become the next alternative asset class.
This event would be an excellent opportunity for whisky enthusiasts and new entrants to the industry to broaden their knowledge and taste some great whiskies. Join us for a virtual tour of the six Scottish regions and celebrate whisky or uisge beatha (water of life).
About the speaker
Robert has over 25 years experience in luxury lifestyle and collectible markets, including classic cars, watches, fine wine and whisky. This includes both retail and e-commerce sectors. He has developed a sales and marketing career spanning both on and offline, including PR, social media, events and promotions. Having a deep understanding of luxury and lifestyle markets, in 2008 he founded Vintage Seekers in London which was the first of its kind to bring mid century to vintage collectibles to an e-commerce market.
