A new broom sweeps clean? Will the new administration tackle Hong Kong’s housing crisis differently?

The new administration has pledged to “spare no effort” to alleviate the notorious housing shortage in Hong Kong. As the community has long expected the government to roll out drastic measures to solve this problem, will we see a significant shift in the government’s land and housing policies?

Ryan Ip, Head of Land and Housing Research at Our Hong Kong Foundation, will delve into the upcoming supply of land and housing.
