Leading People Through Change

As people leave or return to work and the global talent war rages, the employee experience is becoming critical to business success. In times of uncertainty, how do businesses and leaders engage, support and inspire their people over the long term? How can they create a narrative that adapts as the world changes? What does true health and wellness look like?

We know that the old ways of working aren’t enough and the ‘new normal’ path remains obscure. But from uncertainty, there is always opportunity to do things differently. We also know that business change driven by an emotionally engaging story is 4x more likely to succeed.

During this webinar, our panel of experts will provide advice, best practices and practical tips for creating an internal narrative that adapts, flexes and engages. We’ll look at case studies from companies who’ve overcome challenges to transform their employee experience.
