Wire Fraud and Email Scams – Think Fast and Act Smart

Wire fraud, including email, scams have been on the rise recently. Fraudsters are getting craftier in adopting new and emerging deceitful tactics. Businesses and individuals are increasingly falling for fraudulent emails and calls and as a result struggle to find effective and workable measures to protect and recover their misappropriated funds.

During this webinar, Senior Associate Ashima Sood and Partner Kenix Yuen from dispute resolution firm, Gall, will highlight the common types of wire fraud, share tips on preventative measures to put in place, and explain the Court process to recover the misappropriated funds if companies or individuals fall prey to fraudsters.
