Follow up: Is this the end for London Property Prices?

Follow up: Is this the end for London Property Prices?

Speaker:

Jeremy McGivern, Founder, Mercury Homesearch

It pays to remember that the stock market crash of 2008 was caused by a property/land market crash which caused the banks to go insolvent - the banks are far more exposed to property than they are to the stock markets; the global property market is worth c. $217 trillion while the global stock markets are worth c. $70 trillion.

Ironically, most economists and city analysts focus their research on the stock markets. This is one of the many reasons they wilfully ignore the most important indicators. Would it be ridiculous to suggest that you might benefit from discovering the true drivers of the property market?

Following up from the previous webinar, Jeremy McGivern will provide further insight into the London Property Market considering a cycle of boom and bust which goes back over 300 years in the UK. He will also reveal reliable indicators which show what is the most likely outcome for London property in the coming years.

Jeremy will examine the following:

- Conclusive proof that the so-called “experts” and the press are giving you misleading information on property prices;

- Why these experts get it so wrong including their predictions about Covid & Brexit;

- The favourite indicator of the “prices are too high” brigade and irrefutable proof that it is useless;

- The key indicators you must study while everyone else is looking in the other direction;

- The anatomy of the property cycle and how disasters are expected;

- How to use this information to your advantage if you are planning to buy or sell a property in London vided on the property market may be misleading.

Details on how to join will be sent via email by 5pm the day before the webinar.
