The sheer effort poured into trying to predict the future of work should come as no surprise. Enterprises that are more successful in picturing what the future holds will naturally have an advantage. But prediction is as much an art as it is a science.

Few could have predicted just how radically the role of women changed in the work force over the last 50 years. Can we predict what the next 50 years will hold for women in the workplace? What does a future workplace look like? The workplace of tomorrow may not be a ‘place’ at all as traditional offices adjust to new technologies and a more globalised economy. Novel ideas and solutions come from unpredictable places to disrupt industries that are not quick enough to adapt. But beyond technology and innovation, what is the role of the human element in the future of work? Are the values that underpin successful business and human talent going to be disrupted as well? How will the role of women continue to change as we move forward? And, if we acknowledge the limits of our predictive capabilities how can we best prepare for the uncertain future and ensure that world of work for women continues to evolve positively?

The Chamber has brought together a set of panellists devoted to tackling the toughest questions about the future of work for women. Join us to hear and benefit from their insights.

Details on how to join will be sent via email by 5pm the day before the webinar.
