COVID-19 has altered the economic landscape beyond ordinary predictions or comprehension. With an imminent deep global recession and numerous unknowns, organisations in Asia are tackling complicated change management challenges. COVID-19 is clearly a Black Swan event, forcing companies to take a sharper view on strategy and growth potential against the backdrop of uncertainties. The emergence of distress assets and under-valued businesses has certainly accelerated Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) as a possible anti-fragile strategy to pivot into the new norm, among others.

This Webinar will help companies and leaders to understand

  • Current M&A landscape and challenges
  • M&A strategies and considerations to thrive in the new world
  •  Drivers for the new norm and development of a new paradigm to be ‘future-ready’
  •  "Move the Needle" considerations in the new norm

The 40-minute webinar will be followed by a 20-minute Q&A with the speakers.

Details on how to join this webinar will be sent via email within 24 hours of the webinar start time.
