Hong Kong’s Data Driven Future – Practical applications of analytics to achieve better business outcomes

Effective data analytics helps organisations derive patterns and correlations, trends, risks and opportunities and, in turn, make better decisions. Brands can leverage data to generate customer insights and develop products and experiences that are truly tailored to their customers’ needs. In this webinar we will use two recent market studies conducted in Hong Kong to showcase where data is being used and can be used in future to achieve better business outcomes.

While some companies have a strong grasp of data analytics and have started investing in it, others still depend on manual processes and outdated spreadsheet technologies to perform data analytics. In addition, many Hong Kong companies are missing out because they’re focusing on past performance rather than predicting future trends and really understanding their customers inside out.

In the course of an interactive seminar, our speakers will share their insights on how data analytics is driving business performance in Hong Kong. A panel will further discuss strategies and actions for customer insights and understand what’s important to them.

There will be a 20 minute presentation followed by a 20 minute panel discussion.

Details on how to join this webinar will be sent via email 2 hours before the webinar start time.
