Speaker:
Peter Grant, Founder, Grant Property
Bricks and mortar have historically been a solid investment in the UK, combining low risk and strong returns. In a market driven by a shortage of supply and a growing population; is now a good time to start a buy-to-let portfolio?
This seminar will offer insights into the UK’s buy-to-let market, highlight current trends, where the key ‘hotspots’ are and how to enter into an ever-increasing competitive marketplace.
It will be packed with practical tips, sharing our experiences, investment know-how and most importantly, ‘top-tips'.
About the speaker
An MBA graduate from Edinburgh University, Scotland, Peter Grant has come a long way since embarking on his working life back in 1983.
After spending his early career working for Scotland’s biggest newspaper as circulation director, the entrepreneurial father of two founded Grant Property, one of the largest UK residential property investment and management businesses in 1997 and has never looked back.
Over the past 22 years Peter and his team have helped clients from over 40 countries invest in over 2000 properties, across 10 UK cities.
His award winning ‘one stop solution’ allows clients benefit from his own personal experience, saving them time and money.
In his spare time, when he’s not spearheading business strategy with Grant Property, Peter enjoys skiing, snowboarding, sailing and golf.
