- which are the hot markets in Europe for hotel investment;
- issues encountered in franchising, operating and managing hotels;
- key areas to focus on when considering a European hotel investment;
- the growing market for Lifestyle hotels and Wellness;
- the latest trends in hotel Food & Beverages; as well as
- examining hotel investment compared with other types of real estate investment in Europe, and finally;
- an update on the impact Brexit will have on the hotel and investment industries.
