Hongkong International Terminals Guided Tour
Hong Kong is well-known for being one of the busiest container ports due to its strategic location on the East-West trade route and its role as the gateway to China. The Logistics Committee invites you to take a closer look at the Hongkong International Terminals Limited (HIT) at Kwai Chung, to learn more about the industry and how they manage a total of 11.4million TEU in 2017.
In this guided tour, there will be an introduction to the container business, operations flow and equipment at HIT and explanation on the cargo dynamics in South China. Join us to find out more about the logistics of container shipping.

A coach service will be available for pick-up from Harbour View Street, Central at 8:15am. A simple breakfast will be provided on the coach. The tour will end at 10:00am, and the coach will drop you off at Harbour View Street, Central by 10:30am.
