Jason Chow, The Wall Street Journal
Jason Chow joined the Wall Street Journal in 2010. Based in Hong Kong, he covers luxury, culture, art and wine. Jason began his journalism career at the National Post in Toronto in 2001 as a business reporter and later became the newspaper’s television columnist as well as a senior features writer. Later, as a freelance writer, he covered everything from business, travel, food and film for several publications including the Journal, Los Angeles Times, The Globe and Mail and National Post. He won a Canadian National Magazine Award in 2007.

Gregory Brossard, Senior Account Manager - Hong Kong, Goedhuis & Co
Gregory has always been in love with wine and understood the world of wine from a young age - influenced by his dad, a wine grower and grandfather, a Cognac maker. He has extensive experience in the fine dining industry, working in a number of award winning restaurants across Europe including Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons, The Fat Duck and overseeing the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. Gregory has been in the fine wine industry for the last 5 years.

Gregory De'Eb, Crown Wine Cellars
Gregory served as a Career Diplomat from 1988 to 2002 in a variety of locations including Taipei, Beijing and Hong Kong/Macau where he ultimately held the position of Head of Mission. He located permanently to Hong Kong and joined the Crown Worldwide Group in 2002 to start Crown Wine Cellars Ltd which he manages to this day. Gregory is involved in all aspects of the Hong Kong wine industry, as well being very active in Hong Kong's heritage conservation and charity communities. He serves on a number of public and private panels and is a professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Conservation Architects.  

Simon Tam, Head of Wine, China, Christie's
Simon is responsible for developing Christie's wine sales in Asia, with particular focus on client relationships in Greater China. A pioneer educator, communicator and wine consultant in Greater China, Simon has over 20 years of experience developing and nurturing the Chinese Wine Market. A highly specialised award-winning consultant to the wine industry, Simon was voted “The Best Wine Consultant” by UK’s Wine Business International magazine. He is the founder of the Independent Wine Centre in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Founding Chairman of the Greater China Wine Critics Association and co-founding director of Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Competition.

  Drinks and canapés will be provided from 6.30pm and presentations will begin at 7.00pm.
