Working closely with Gammon’s Digital teams, she facilitates the Innovation Programme with initiatives such as innovation training and managing collaboration platforms. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2018, Alexandra worked as a project manager and senior consultant for an engineering consultancy, focusing on smart transport solutions and business development. She holds a Masters in Geography from the University of Cambridge and sits on both the Innovation & Technology and Future Leaders Committees for the British Chamber of Commerce HK.

Rosie started her career at Accenture in 2013, relocating to Hong Kong in 2015 where she led Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific, a 12-week accelerator programme for early stage FinTech companies partnering with global banks and insurance companies. She is a highly active member of the FinTech ecosystem in Hong Kong, regularly speaking at regional industry conferences. Rosie holds a BA in International Business Management with French from Newcastle University (UK).

Prior to joining ERM, Isabella was elected as the Green and Ethical Affairs Officer for her college’s Student Union and coordinated projects on decarbonisation and disarmament, waste composting and water conservation.

Felda has experience in commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on arbitration, contractual disputes and fraud investigations. Recent arbitration related work includes enforcing foreign arbitration awards in Hong Kong and defending applications to set aside arbitration awards. Recent litigation work includes assisting in large-scale cross-border actions worth in excess of HK$1 billion at both the Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal stage and obtaining various injunctions and urgent interim relief both in support of Hong Kong proceedings and in aid of foreign proceedings. Felda also co-leads our Employment practice where she acts for both employers and employees on contentious employment law matters. Felda completed her LL.B and PC.LL at the University of Hong Kong.
