"Commercially the benefits of membership are rewarding; access to blue chip management and local professional assistance is made easy. Socially it’s refreshing, nourishing friendships with other ex pats with similar histories. The Chamber offers me a forum to do something within Hong Kong and within my market sector, and sitting on a committee gives me a strong sense of belonging and the ability to make a change"

Robbie Wood, Deputy General Manager, Schenker International (HK) Ltd
“BritCham has wonderfully efficient and gloriously charming staff!
Anne Kerr, Director, Mott McDonald Hong Kong Limited
As an SME business owner in Hong Kong, membership of the British Chamber has proved invaluable.  The chamber’s comprehensive program of events, lunches and briefings provide insights on the latest trends and developments across a range of industries, together with opportunities to hear from captains of industry from around the globe.  The wide-ranging committee structure enables sector-specific trends and issues to be explored across peer groups in a collaborative environment.  Through membership of the chamber, we also gain access to extensive networking opportunities, valuable for developing business opportunities including exploring potential partners for collaboration.  As chair of the logistics committee, I am privileged to lead a group of executives from across the industry in developing and delivering a program that includes briefings from guest speakers, site visits and industry position papers.
