Member Magazine Editorial

Getting the most out of The British Chamber Monthly Magazine

As one of the benefits of being a member of the British Chamber, you are able to submit different types of editorial for our monthly magazine, 'Britain in Hong Kong'. With a readership of over 15,000 this is a benefit you can't afford not to use. Below is some information about the sections of the magazine you can submit editorial for.

Articles

We offer full page articles to our member companies so they can write about updates in their sector, new initiatives, or any relevant and interesting information which our membership would benefit from reading about.

Editorial submitted is subject to approval from the editorial team and should be pre-booked into a particular issue through Emily Ferrary, the Marketing & Communications Manager: emily@britcham.com

Our requirements are as follows:

  • maximum 800 words for a page
  • images may be sent (for example an author photo, graphs, tables, etc) but should be a maximum of 2MB each and should be in jpeg format
  • the text should be editorial not advertorial. The company and author details, plus contact details can be listed at the end, but the article should not be about the services of the company.

Once the issue is agreed a deadline will be given to receive copy, this deadline must be adhered to or you may lose your space. Failure to deliver by the deadline given may negatively affect your future chances of publishing articles in the magazine.
