Demand for Hong Kong assets from mainland Chinese investors has been steadily rising as the need to diversify business operations and deploy capital outside of China has led ever-more firms to acquire physical real estate around the world.

Join us to discuss the kind of assets these companies are targeting, how the trend has impacted Hong Kong’s property markets and yields, and what the city’s real estate landscape will look like moving forward for both investors and occupiers.
