Now that Hong Kong has its own Competition Ordinance, what can its business community learn from the UK experience?
Ros Kellaway is the head of Eversheds Competition Group in the UK which is one of the leading practices in this area. Ros will offer her views on what Hong Kong might expect drawing on her first hand experience of advising businesses facing the challenges presented by the UK Competition Act.
