The Chamber's Construction Industry Group has invited Dr. Man Wai Chan to give an update on the current status of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) project. Dr. Chan is currently Executive Director of Project Delivery at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Projects & Facilities at the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. Dr. Chan has over 30 years of experience overseeing the planning, construction, and management of large-scale development projects. He is the founding president of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management.
Dr. Chan will also discuss the procurement strategy for the West Kowloon Cultural District project including consultancy, services, products and works.
