Construction Industry Group

Nuclear Power is a clean and non-carbon emitting fuel which has been supplying Hong Kong for more than 15 years. Since its commissioning in 1994, Daya Bay has been operating safely and reliably, enabling CLP to meet its customer demand whilst making significant contribution to climate change and air quality improvement.

The Chamber's Construction Industry Group is organising a one-day visit to the Daya Bay nuclear power station in Guangdong on Friday, 5 March 2010. The itinerary of this visit is as below:

8:00 - 10:00am     -     Depart Hong Kong for Daya Bay (Coach will be provided)

10:00 - 10:05am   -     Meet at Oval Conference Room, Daya Bay

10:05 - 10:30am   -     Introduction and Video Show

10:30 - 11:15am   -     Simulation Room

11:45 - 12:30pm   -     Skills Training Centre

12:30 - 13:45pm   -      Lunch

13:45 - 16:00pm   -      Return to Hong Kong
