ROSL - Joint Royal Cocktail Reception at The China Club

Members of the Royal, loyal, and Commonwealth societies in Hong Kong are cordially invited to book to attend a joint royal cocktail reception on 1st November 2011. With the kind support forour ROSL Branch Patron Sir David Tang, this function will be held at the China Club 14th Floor, Old Bank of China Building, Bank Street, Central.

The guest-of-honour will be His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex (Prince Edward).

Booking fee will include unlimited ROSL champagne cocktails, still wines and sort drinks, served together with canapes, from 6.00pm yo 7.45pm. Advanced booking is necessary, and early booking is strongly recommended. It is not necessary to be a member for ROSL or any other club or organisation to reserve a place at this special gathering.

Bookings from all-comers are being handled centrally by the ROSL.  Please use the special ROSL booking form to make your booking by post. Bookings close at noon on Monday
24th October, 2011. ROSL will confirm your booking, soon after receipt; or we will return your
booking cheque to you, should this function be over-subscribed by the time we receive your cheque.

The proceeds (after costs) of this function are to be donated to two charities: the Hong Kong Awards for Young People, and the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind. There is a minimum per-person booking fee of HK $1,500 to attend. However, guests may wish to generously send in cheques for more than that stipulated minimum amount, to support their good works of these charities.
