A further year into the credit crunch, beyond 2009 the future of the economy and property market for many remains uncertain. Marcos Chan from Jones Lang LaSalle will release the Firm's projections which will focus on the year ahead, supply, demand, the economy and the corresponding impact on values. Views from the market will be provided by panelists KK Fung, Joseph Tsang and Gavin Morgan who will focus on residential, commercial and retail.
KK, Joseph and Gavin are International Directors at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong with respective responsibility for the Greater China and Hong Kong business, the residential and commercial leasing departments at the Firm. They have extensive experience in the Hong Kong property market and have or currently represent many organisations doing business in Hong Kong. Marcos heads the Firms research division for Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta.
