CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd.

Richard is the Chief Operating Officer and currently the Acting Managing Director for CLP Power with the responsibility for all of CLP's electricity operations in Hong Kong including power generation, supply and service to their 2.2 million customers in Kowloon and the New Territories.

Richard has spent over 25 years in the electricity supply industry in Australia, UK and Hong Kong. He joined CLP in 1992 and has held a wide range of management positions in CLP. Prior to taking up his current position he devoted much of his energy to developing infrastructure for new, cleaner energy sources, including natural gas and renewable energy.

Richard's presentation will focus on CLP's approach to sustainability and clean energy in particular. He will share with us some of CLP's current initiatives on sustainability and their vision for clean energy in the Pearl River Delta.
