This lunch presentation examines the current state of the UK housing market, incorporating an analysis of the leading policies from the Parliamentary election, and provides a forecast for residential pricing.
Jack Simmons leads the London Residential team advising clients on residential investments, developments and affordable housing. Jack has 15 years of experience advising a wide range of commercial and residential clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Land Securities, The Home Office, Lloyds Banking Group, and Royal Bank of Scotland. His role encompasses running the London residential business as well as, analysing investment portfolio/development land opportunities, and the marketing of real estate opportunities to the domestic and international markets.
