Mongolia is developing the infrastructure to extract and export its minerals wealth, providing unparalleled opportunities for investing into one of the final frontiers of exploration.
Lovells' Beijing based corporate partner, Michael Aldrich has been living in Ulan Bator over the past 6 months and working with leading Mongolian law firm on various inbound investment projects. He is the only international lawyer based in Mongolia and is currently advising both the Mongolian Government and public and private enterprises. Michael's presentation will address:
