The Hong Kong business community has invited Mr.Tsang to address a luncheon on 22 Febraury. At the luncheon, the Financial Secretary will further elaborate on this year's budget and share his views on how the HKSAR Government is prepared to deal with the global financial crisis and to lead Hong Kong's economy with sustainable growth.
