Working in today’s multi-cultural working environment means that we come into contact with different cultures every day, whether we're in the office or travelling overseas. While this leads to many great opportunities, it also raises challenges and demands new talents. Cross-cultural communication skills have become a must for business success both domestically and globally. This short workshop is designed to create and heighten an awareness of cross cultural differences. This workshop will specifically cover the following topics:
• Understanding cultural differences and their impact on doing business
• Improving cross cultural communication skills
• Guidelines on working effectively in a mulit-cultural working environment
