Many employees fear uncertainty and change. The success of a corporation is becoming more dependent on the ability of it's workforce to shift with the environment, to embrace the challenges and unexpected changes while finding creative solutions. In this introductory workshop, Rite-Clik will introduce you to improvisation and how it can help prepare your staff to handle unexpected changes with strategy and confidence.
