Many employees fear uncertainty and change. The success of a corporation is becoming more dependent on the ability of it's workforce to shift with the environment, to embrace the challenges and unexpected changes while finding creative solutions. In this  introductory workshop, Rite-Clik will introduce you to improvisation and how it can help prepare your staff to handle unexpected changes with strategy and confidence.

Sean Bilkey:
Sean graduated as a Bachelor of Creative Arts (with a Minor in Psychology) from the University of Wollongong, Australia, before going on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law. Since his late teens he has passionately pursued ways to develop human potential. This drive has led him through a rich variety of models for behavioral change, including Drama, NLP, Experiential Learning, Coaching and Personal Growth. He has worked as a Personal and Executive Coach, facilitated Outdoor Challenges and Team Building workshops, trained teachers for Drama and ESL, and worked in Human Resource Management. Since 1996 he has worked in South Korea, Japan, Australia and now Hong Kong. Sean is currently the lead trainer for Rite-Clik, utilizing Drama as a vehicle for soft skills training. Through a dynamic and inspiring style of facilitation he continues to engage participants and offer them the chance to learn and grow experientially. Clients Sean has recently worked with include Mattel, Hallmark, Home Retail Group, Marks & Spencer, and On Pedder.
