Alan Chiang is the Head of Residential, China of DTZ, an international real estate services provider. With over 29 years of working experience in real estate business, Alan's primary role is to lead DTZ China's six hub teams in Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Qingdao providing residential market consultancy, project marketing and sales, and leasing services to clients. There are currently 30 new homes schemes in 12 cities with gross floor area over 2.3 million s.m under Alan's supervision. A frequent guest speaker in national and local real estate conferences, Alan is also producing regular market updates for DTZ's major clients and local government bodies.
