ANREV Lunch - Looking Beyond the Debt Crisis: Prospects for Real Estate Markets in the Euro Zone, US and Asia

ANREV is pleased to invite you to a lunch event on Tuesday 30 August in Hong Kong. At this lunch Dr. Richard Barkham from Grosvenor will share his view on the current European debt crisis, its impact on different real estate asset classes' pricing and interest rates as well as the investment strategies.

Dr. Barkham is responsible for macro economic and property market forecasting and global capital allocation. He provides advice on real estate strategy to operating companies within Grosvenor Group and to clients of Grosvenor's fund management business. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Richard taught in the Department of Land Management at the University of Reading.
