Maintain your Corporate Profile Details online for the printed Directory

Every year the British Chamber publishes a directory of all our members. As a British Chamber member you are entiteld to a free entry. You must update your details before December each year to make sure your details are correct in the following years directory (published around May time).

Your free entry includes:

  • Company name*
  • Company representative (the corporate member)*
  • Address*
  • Profile*
  • Telephone/Email/Fax
  • Business type
(all those marked with '*' can be provided in English and Chinese.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

If I made changes for the 08 directory at proof stage will these changes still appear in the 09 directory?
 No they won’t. The content for the directory is taken directly from our database not from last years printed directory. This is why it’s particularly important that you change your details on our database before December. Or if you do make changes to the proof, then make sure you also update your profile online.

How can we list our Shanghai and Beijing offices?
You must be a member of the Chambers in Beijing or Shanghai to be listed in their chapters.  It is possible to you to increase your information about other offices by taking a full or half-page enhancement.  See Advertising rates information.

Where can we find out about advertising rates?
If you would like to enhance your listing or to have more information on advertising rates please call Charles Zimmerman at Speedflex on 2542 2780 or email charles@speedflex.com.hk.  5,000 copies are printed and distributed to the membership of HK & China Chambers as well as to high-level individuals within relevant Chinese Government entities and China-related organizations throughout Asia, the EU and America.

What if I miss the deadline?
Your corporate profile will be excluded from the Directory.  However your contact information (name, address, phone, etc) will be included.
