While the Copenhagen failed to deliver an ambitious global climate regime, the spotlight for low-carbon action is shining elsewhere: sectors and cities. Rachel Fleishman, Director of the BEC's Climate Change Business Forum, will discuss the outcomes from COP 15 and their implications for Hong Kong. She will also comment on China's efforts to reduce the carbon intensity and share her views on the risks and opportunities for businesses in Hong Kong.
