China's red-hot property market has got on Government's nerves, which resulted in new rounds of regulatory measures, the toughest so far in history. But at low or simply pull out? 

Jack Simmons leads Jones Lang LaSalle's London Residential team. At this luncheon, he will examine the current state of the UK housing market, incorporating an analysis of the leading policies from the Parliamentary election, and provide a forecast for residential pricing.
