 The HKSAR Government has released a consultation document on “Hong Kong’s Climate Strategy and Action Agenda” proposing a target and broad strategies to reduce Hong Kong’s CO2 intensity by 50-60% by 2020.

Mr Richard Lancaster, Managing Director of CLP Power, will explain the implications of the Government’s proposed plan and discuss the key issues to be considered by Hong Kong in moving towards a low-carbon economy.
